The main rule of a celebrity in her daily diet is the mandatory presence of breakfast.
Wherever a star wakes up due to her profession, she first drinks a glass of water with lemon, then prepares herself a smoothie with protein, berries, honey, lemon juice, Greek yogurt and ice.
From time to time, Lopez allows herself a fruit salad or a bowl of oatmeal with jam in the morning.
