The British media told how the Princess of Wales manages to manage to be a mother of three children, an active public figure and just a beauty.
The journalists managed to find out what kind of food Kate prefers to keep her waist in check.
For breakfast, Middleton most often drinks an original smoothie of cabbage, spirulina, matches, spinach, romaine lettuce and blueberries.
The main dish on her dinner table is watermelon salad, which is complemented by avocado, onion, cucumber and feta cheese. Rice pudding comes as a dessert.
Another thing is that proper nutrition is only one of the guarantees of a good figure. Therefore, Kate goes in for sports every day, preferring plank exercises and running. Fortunately, there is enough space for this on the territory of Windsor.
