0.5 kg. white sponge cake mixes
250 gr. sour cream
1.5 cups sugar
200 gr. sweetened coconut flakes

Prepare the cake mix according to package directions using two 20-25 cm diameter round pans. Once the cakes are cool, cut them in half to form four layers.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, sugar and 2/3 of the coconut. Put the first layer of cake on the dish, cover with coconut mixture. Then alternate them one by one. At the end, cover the entire cake with an even layer of cream.
Sprinkle the top of the cake with the remaining coconut flakes. Place in refrigerator or other cold place. Allow to warm up to room temperature before serving.
