The famous TV presenter and business lady Kim Kardashian has already exchanged her fifth decade, and it seems that no one noticed it. Including the celebrity herself.
She is still a beauty, still curvy and sexy. And in order to look so cool in her forties, Kim had to go through a lot.

Now the artist does not hide the fact that she owes a lot to her figure almost exclusively to a plant-based diet.
But she had to try a lot of things, experiment a lot - and not always successfully. But, finally, the star came to the conclusion that her menu should become vegan.
Although she, like any other person, has her weaknesses and gastronomic habits that have nothing to do with a “losing weight” diet.
For example, Kardashian is madly in love with pizza. But she allows herself very, very rarely, on major holidays, and even then a tiny piece. As they say, so as not to forget the taste.
The same applies to hash pancakes or, more simply, potato pancakes. According to the TV personality, she could simply overeat them as a child, not knowing the measure.
Kardashian loves them now. But there is no hurry to use them whole plates. The dish is tasty, but it has a lot of calories.
And the model does not hide that she just goes crazy with sweets. The star especially loves sweets and graham crackers. This is such a traditional American cookie - very tasty and quite high-calorie.
But such food has remained in her past, today Kim has learned to restrain herself from such sweet temptations, and on the advice of nutritionists, she simply extinguishes her desire to eat candy with fruit.
What then does the famous beauty live if she cannot afford her favorite dishes now? It is worth recalling that beauty requires sacrifice, and the Kardashian menu is exclusively vegetarian.
For example, for breakfast, which Kim unequivocally considers a must, she most often prefers scrambled eggs made from a vegan egg substitute based on mung beans.
Avocado toast, oatmeal pancakes with blueberries and green vegetable juice also go with the main morning dish.
Sometimes certain ingredients change, but in general the emphasis on vegetarian food remains the same.

Tacos are the go-to meal for the Kardashians. But not the traditional corn or wheat tortilla with a variety of fillings - beef, pork, chicken, seafood, chorizo and so on.
Again, the figure and beauty are at the forefront, so most of the meat products are simply replaced with fresh vegetables.
It is not surprising that dinner for a star most often begins with a vegetable salad. Then comes a light entree, like pumpkin soup with nuts, guacamole with vegetable chips, and a special protein shake to help you sleep soundly and restfully.
In general, Kim Kardashian today is more of a TV presenter and businessman than a model. But she still wants to look like a model.
