Cheerful and full in every sense of the bumpkin from "The Big Lebowski" and "King Ralph" by John Goodman is no more.
Rather, he physically exists, but on the red carpet of the 62nd TV festival in Monte Carlo, the 70-year-old actor was not recognized by everyone and not immediately.
The leaner, fitter Goodman was a real hit with fans, especially when he revealed that he had gone through "all weight loss hell in person" without ever having to go to a surgeon.
Fifteen years ago, the actor weighed under one hundred and eighty kilograms, now - no more than ninety kilos.

The celebrity did not reveal any secrets of his weight loss. Consultations with specialists, a special diet, a complete rejection of sugar and alcohol, sports and activity. But the main thing is willpower and the first step.
“I’m just tired of looking at myself in the mirror when it’s time to shave and you don’t want to look at yourself. And I realized - either I start now or never, ”said the artist.
As for the diet, he has been following the Mediterranean menu for several years now, which is based on fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts and olive oil.
The diet is also not a secret. But you still need to force yourself to do it. Goodman could, and at the age of seventy he turned into a real handsome man.
