The heroes of Leonid Gaidai's comedy were very sensitive to eggplant caviar - this appetizer, according to the plot, was a delicacy. Even Ivan the Terrible, during the royal feast, could afford only a few grams of this dish - this is how eggplant caviar was valued. Dyak Feofan is even called her "overseas" ...
This is in the movies, but in real life, zucchini caviar is still an affordable and easy-to-prepare dish. However, having prepared it, you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of your favorite comedy, where Ivan the Terrible is not at all formidable, but quite a charming man flirting with a pretty queen.
Ингредиенты
Баклажаны — 1 кг
Помидоры — 1 кг
Болгарский перец — 3 шт.
Чеснок — 3 зубчика
Лук — 1 шт.
Растительное масло
Рецепт
Баклажаны вымыть, надрезать каждый с двух сторон, запечь в духовке при 180 градусов. Затем снять кожуру.
Вымыть и нарезать помидоры, перец.
Очистить чеснок.
Нарезать кольцами лук.
Все овощи измельчить в блендере до однородности.
Получившуюся массу обжариваем на растительном масле не дольше 15 минут.
Приправляем по вкусу.
