Donuts Dudley Dursley
You will need a standard set of products for baking: 40 g of sugar, a glass of milk, 1 tsp. dry yeast, 250 g flour, a small piece of butter, salt, sunflower oil and powdered sugar to taste.
Pour yeast and sugar into milk and leave for a quarter of an hour so that the yeast begins to "work". In this mixture, add the flour, the remaining sugar, butter, one egg and salt. Knead the dough and leave it for an hour. Then we roll out the dough and, using two glasses large and small, cut out donuts. We leave them for 30 minutes under a napkin. After frying donuts in a large amount of oil, then put them on napkins, allowing excess fat to drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Butter beer
We take 1 tbsp. butter, twice as much sugar, 500 ml. milk and 100 cream, vanillin on the tip of a knife, a teaspoon of cinnamon and cocoa, 250 ml. cream soda.
Melt the butter, add sugar to it and bring the mixture to caramelization. Add milk, 50 ml. cream, cocoa and all bulk components. Mix everything and remove from the stove. Then we introduce cream soda and warm it up a little again. Next, decorate the drink with a hat of cream.

For the dough you will need butter - 160 g, chocolate - 100 g, egg - 4 pcs. sugar - 100 g, vanillin - on the tip of a knife, salt to taste, cocoa - 15 g, flour - 80 g, soda - 1 tsp.
For the cream, you will need vanilla pudding in the form of a mixture for cooking (1 sachet), milk - 400 ml, sugar - 2 tbsp. l., butter - 190 g, powdered sugar - 40 g.
First, melt the butter and chocolate until smooth. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and salt, pour it into the chocolate-butter mixture. In a separate bowl, mix flour, soda and cocoa, and then combine all the ingredients. We drink the resulting dough for half an hour at 160 degrees. after we take it out and cut it into two cakes.
Next, prepare the vanilla pudding from the bag according to the instructions, diluting the fragrant contents of the bag in milk. Add sugar and let cool. Add butter and powdered sugar to the pudding. Whisk all this until smooth. Set aside a quarter of the cream for the layer. We take a couple of spoons of cream and color it with green food coloring. The remaining cream is painted with pink dye.
We collect the cake by laying a colorless cream between the cakes, covering the entire surface of the dessert with pink cream and making an inscription with green cream. We put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for several hours and then invite guests for tea.
Caramel with cinnamon
This creamy dessert is extremely simple, economically consumed and pleases with a bright and at the same time delicate taste. It will take 250 g of butter, 400 boiled condensed milk, 2 tsp. cinnamon and salt to taste. We mix all the ingredients in a blender, put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator. It turns out a very tasty addition to pastries or ice cream.
