And she just dreamed of a slice of Chicago pizza. This is a pizza dough pie stuffed with different types of meat, as well as cheese and tomato sauce.

Dry yeast - 5 g

Warm water - 150 g

Sugar - 1.5 tsp

Wheat flour - 210 g

Corn flour - 40 g

Salt - 1⁄4 tsp

Butter - 30 g

Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Mozzarella - 200 g

Grilled pork sausages - 320 g

Pepperoni - 50 g

Bacon - 4 slices

Tomato sauce - 300 g

Parmesan - 30 g

1. Mix warm water with yeast, sugar and one tablespoon of wheat flour. Leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.

2. When the yeast is active, add the remaining flour, cornmeal, salt and melted butter. Knead the dough. If it sticks to your hands, add a little more flour.

3. Cover the bowl of dough with cling film and leave in a warm place for an hour.

4. Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough. Grease a deep mold with olive oil (I have a diameter of 26 cm) and transfer the dough into it.

5. Put chopped mozzarella on the dough, sausages on top, the next layer is pepperoni, then bacon and tomato sauce.

6. Bake pizza in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 30–40 minutes.

7. Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese, let cool slightly and serve.
