Corn flour - 100 g

1. Mix both types of flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add milk and eggs, mix until smooth. The dough should be thick.
3. Pour the dough into a tall glass, I take a volume of 320 ml.
4. First roll the sausages in flour. Then thread them vertically onto skewers and dip into the batter.
5. Fry in well-heated oil over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
