I will show you a recipe that I have been using for a very long time - the dough turns out just as it should, and the pizza with it is the best. If you don’t have milk on hand, feel free to replace it with water, I’ve tried this more than once and the dough always turned out successful! But milk is better ;) To make pizza dough with milk, take wheat flour, warmed milk, dry yeast, sugar and salt, and good olive oil.

Wheat flour - 350 g
Olive oil - 40 ml
Milk - 250 ml
Dry yeast - 7 g
Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
Salt - 0.3 tsp.

1. Add warm milk to the flour mixture and knead the dough.
2. When the dough is more or less homogeneous, pour olive oil into it.
3. Stir the butter into the dough. It will be too oily at first, but the dough will end up looking like the photo.
4. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and place in a warm place. After 40 minutes the dough will look like this:
5. Punch down the dough and you can bake pizza! This dough is enough for two standard pizzas. Enjoy your meal!
