Grains can collect dust during transportation and packaging, as well as chemicals that are used by individual producers to increase the shelf life of the product.
Therefore, with buckwheat, experienced people recommend doing the same as with any other cereal - soak, let stand, drain the water, and so on three or four times. Otherwise, you can get poisoned or bring yourself some kind of infection.
