It has long been scientifically proven that a late dinner does not lead to good. Moreover, eating sweets and dairy products at night negatively affects the body.
But it turned out not only the risk of excess weight or unpleasant processes in the gastrointestinal tract.
European scientists during the experiment confirmed the fact that milk, cottage cheese, cheeses, cakes and chocolates in the late hours contribute to the heating of the body and, as a result, to a feeling of discomfort and sleep disturbance.
