The benefits of an English breakfast turned out to be a myth

Many nations start their morning feast in their own way.

The cuisines of the world are often very different from each other both in taste and in their usefulness.

In this case, the morning diet is especially important, since breakfast, which sets the tone for the whole day, is considered the most important meal.

Experts advise in the morning to eat homemade cakes and cheese, vegetables, boiled eggs, sausage, olives, jam, honey, coffee or tea, as well as porridge with berries or nuts.

But the famous breakfasts of some countries, allegedly rooted deep in history, have been criticized by nutritionists.

For example, many consider it fashionable to have breakfast “in French”. But the coffee and croissant format is definitely not helpful.

And the American version of breakfast, consisting of pancakes, toast and cereal with milk, hardly balances the diet.

And by the way, to the surprise of many, the famous English breakfast turned out to be not oatmeal on the water, but scrambled eggs with bacon and toast, which definitely has nothing to do with a healthy diet.
