For those who are on a diet, this dish is not suitable - it is ideally satiating after a hard day, especially for men, and can be served with any vegetable salad or baked vegetables. You can choose any type of pasta, the main thing is that they should be cooked for no more than 15 minutes. That is, products that are too dense, like large shells, will not work.

It is preferable to use pork chops, you can use ribs - it has greasy layers and the dish will turn out juicy. To make the meat soft, first fry it and then boil it, but without adding pasta - you will need to add it 15 minutes before the end of cooking. If you add all the ingredients at once, adding water, you will get boiled pasta and tough meat that will be impossible to chew.

Pork - 400 g

Pasta - 200 g

Water - 0.8 l

Salt and pepper - to taste

Bay leaf - 3 pcs.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

1. Rinse the meat in water, cut off the films and veins, and dry with paper towels. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the “Fry” mode for 5 minutes. Place the pork pieces in the bowl and fry them on both sides until the beep sounds.

2. During this time, the pork will acquire a golden brown crust.

3. Pour warm water into a container and add bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste. Filling with cold water, the cooking time will need to be increased by 8-10 minutes so that the equipment warms up the liquid! Set the “Cooking” or “Meat” mode on the multicooker display for 35 minutes and boil the pork.

4. As soon as 15 minutes remain on the display until the end of cooking, pour the pasta into the container and stir immediately so that it does not stick together. Close the lid and cook the pork pasta in the slow cooker until the beep sounds.

5. The pasta will absorb the remaining liquid and become juicy, fatty and appetizing.

6. Place the finished dish on plates and serve hot. You can sprinkle chopped herbs on top.
