Ингредиенты

Corn flour - 150 g

Kefir - 120 ml

Salt - 0.3 tsp

Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.

Рецепт

1. Sift cornmeal into a deep bowl, salt.

2. Mix flour with salt and pour in kefir. First, mix the flour with kefir with a spoon.

3. Then knead the dough with your hands. It should be uniform, smooth, soft, pliable. Cornmeal takes up water well, so if the dough is too hard, add a little more liquid.

4. Shape the dough into oval-shaped cakes about 1 cm thick.

5. In a well-heated pan with vegetable oil, fry the cakes for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, until golden brown.

6. Turn over and fry the siscal on the second side.

7. Serve hot siskal with toberam and tea.

8. Break off a piece of siskal, dip it in cottage cheese and enjoy your meal!
