Salmon cooks very quickly and its taste will not disappoint you. The delicate smell of lime gives a special freshness to the fish and gives Asian notes.

Salmon fillet on the skin - 600 grams;

Lime - 1 pc;

Garlic - 4 cloves;

Sesame - 1 tsp;

Green onion - 3 stalks.

Marinade:

Soy sauce - 4 tsp;

Mirin - 3 tsp;

Ginger - 1 tsp;

Lime zest - 1 tbsp;

Lime juice - 3 tsp;

Honey - 0.5 tsp

1. Prepare the marinade for the fish. To do this, mix all the ingredients and grind until smooth.

2. We need lime zest. Just squeeze the juice from half a lime.

3. Pour the marinade over the fish.

4. Pour lime juice and sprinkle with zest.

5. Crush the garlic and spread it over the surface of the fish. Let's leave it for 10 minutes.

6. Then take the foil, lightly grease it with oil and lay out the pieces of fish. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the desired degree of readiness. The foil can be tightly closed and then the fish will turn out more juicy, but not browned.

7. Carefully separate the finished fish from the skin and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. You can also squeeze in some more lime juice.

8. Serve with a salad or any side dish.
