1. Dilute yeast in warm milk with sugar and leave for 15 minutes. Opara should go with a hat. In a large bowl, sift the flour (it took me 400 gr.) Together with salt, add the egg, olive oil and dough. Mix thoroughly and replace the elastic dough. I kneaded in the combine for 7 minutes. The dough is soft and very pliable. Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise for an hour.
2. Knock out the finished dough. Divide into 10 parts. There is no need to dust the work table with flour. Roll out each piece into an oval. Cut the oval into strips about 1 cm wide. Lubricate the dough with soft butter and roll diagonally, then twist around its axis.
3. These buns can also be made with cheese. Just during the formation of buns, after the dough has been greased with butter, sprinkle grated cheese on top, then roll diagonally and around its axis.
