This recipe is well suited for novice cooks, or for those who are not friends with dough, but love pies. You can prepare this dough in minutes. It remains only to fry the pies. The filling can be anything. Recipe proven over the years. As a child, I was given a cookbook that taught me how to cook and bake. These yeast-free pies with apple filling were my first baking recipe.

Kefir - 0.5 l
Flour - approximately - 7-8 cups
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Soda - 0.5 tsp
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
For filling:
Large apples - 3 pcs.
Butter - 2 tbsp.
Sugar - 5 tsp

1. Let's start with the preparation of the filling, peel the apples and seed boxes and cut into cubes.
2. In a frying pan, melt the butter over low heat.
3. When the butter is melted, add sugar to it
4. When the sugar melts and boils, we send apples to the pan.
5. Fry until the apples brighten and become a little softer.
6. While the apples are cooling, let's start the test. Be sure to sift the flour into a bowl to saturate it with oxygen.
7. Pour out part of the flour, you will adjust it during kneading. Make a well in the flour and pour the kefir into it.
8. Pour sugar, salt and soda into kefir. Mix with a fork.
9. Then add eggs and vegetable oil.
10. Knead soft dough. Please note: the dough must be soft! Sprinkle the remaining flour in parts. Our grandmothers said that the dough should be like an earlobe.
11. Tear off pieces from the dough and roll out small circles. Place the apple filling in the center of each circle.
12. We make pies.
13. Fry the pies on all sides in a pan in oil, or deep-fried.
