Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp
Tomato paste - 2 tsp
Canned pineapple - 100 g

Starch - 2 tbsp.
Ginger - 10 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Sugar - 3 tsp
Water - 150 ml

2. Cut the canned pineapple and chop the ginger and garlic very finely.
3. Pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil into a saucepan and fry ginger, garlic and peppers over high heat.
4. Add pineapple, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, tomato paste and water. Mix everything well and taste.
5. If there is not enough acid, add a little vinegar, sweets - sugar, salt - soy sauce.
6. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and sprinkle with starch. Roll each piece of meat well in starch.
7. Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the pan and fry the chicken fillet pieces over high heat until tender.
8. We spread the meat in the sauce with vegetables and simmer everything together over medium heat for 10-15 minutes - until the chicken meat is ready and the sauce thickens.
