Lightly salt the zucchini slices, add vegetable oil, you can put some spices. Stir and put in the oven, heated to 190 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
2. In a pan, combine sour cream and tomato paste, add salt and spices. Stir, bring to a boil. Stir the sauce often as it will when heated, it can spatter a lot.
3. If necessary, you can add a little water or vegetable broth. At the end of cooking, you can put some clean chopped greens, or you can add it at the end of cooking.
4. Remove the zucchini baked until soft from the oven.
5. Put in a pan with sauce. Stir.
6. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
