1. Let's prepare a lean "lazy" filling. Onion cut into half rings. Fry in sunflower oil until golden brown.
2. Combine mashed potatoes with fried onions. Let's mix. Salt to taste. Lenten stuffing is ready!
3. Prepare lean choux pastry. Let's add flour to the bowl. A little salt.
4. Add half a glass of boiling water. Let's start kneading the dough. First with a spoon, then with your hands. Then, in the process of kneading, you need to add half a glass of ice water. More pain if needed.
5. Sunflower oil.
6. Knead the dough for at least 7 minutes.
7. At the exit, we have a fairly elastic bun of dough. We hide it in a bag and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
8. Roll out the chilled dough into a thin layer. When rolling, use flour. The layer is cut into rectangular curly ribbons.
9. Distribute the potato filling in the middle of the ribbons.
