It is unusual because it contains cottage cheese and does not include flour. Yes, yes, there is no flour, semolina (semolina) is used instead. It tastes different from the classic one, and this is natural with such a composition, but the fact that your loved ones will like it is for sure.

Curd - 300 g

Semolina (small semolina) - 1 cup

Eggs - 4 pcs.

Large apple - 2 pcs.

Fine sugar - 1 cup

Baking powder - 11 g (1 sachet)

Butter - 150 g

Powdered sugar with cinnamon - 2-3 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

1. Beat eggs with sugar until foamy. Put the butter in the microwave for 40 seconds, melt, add to the eggs with sugar.

2. Add cottage cheese mashed through a sieve. I punch it with a blender.

3. Add baking powder and semolina, beat until smooth, so that there are no lumps.

4. Set the dough aside for 5-8 minutes (during this time, the semolina will become softer and the baking powder will begin to act). Peel the apples, cut into cubes, sprinkle them with powdered sugar, mix.

5. Add apples to the dough, mix with a spoon or silicone spatula.

6. Line the bottom of the mold with parchment. Lubricate the parchment and the sides of the form with vegetable oil. Lay out the dough. Bake charlotte with cottage cheese and apples in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes without convection.

7. Cool the finished Charlotte, remove from the mold, remove the paper. If desired, you can sprinkle it with powder. Prepare tea or coffee and serve.
