I did. Thanks to Yuna and Pilar for this delicious treat. In winter, a jar of Chamberlain Tomato Sauce comes in handy as an addition to meat, pasta, potatoes and many other dishes. As it turned out, this tomato sauce is really quite easy to prepare, so I recommend trying it! From the indicated norm of products, I got 3 jars of 0.5 liters.
To prepare the Chamberlain sauce, blanch the tomatoes: make cross-shaped cuts on top, dip the tomatoes in boiling water, then in cold water, remove the skin.

Tomatoes - 1 kg
Onion - 300 g
Carnation - 6 pcs.
Allspice peas - 10 pcs.
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 100 g
Salt - 2 tbsp.
Refined sunflower oil - 5 tbsp.
Vinegar 9% - 50 ml

1. Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them in a saucepan.
2. Cut the onion into quarter rings, add it to the tomatoes. Also add allspice, cloves and bay leaf to the pan.
3. Pour in sugar and salt, pour in sunflower oil.
4. Simmer the chamberlain sauce for 5-7 minutes. At the end, add table vinegar.
5. Pour the hot sauce into jars, roll up and turn over onto the lid. Wrap, leave to cool.
6. Delicious Chamberlain Tomato Sauce is ready! Happy preparations!
