Butter - 50 g

Sugar - 100 g

Vanilla sugar - 10 g

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Oat flakes - 200-220 g

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Cinnamon - 1 tsp

Vegetable oil - for greasing molds

Powdered sugar - for decoration (optional)

1. To make cottage cheese and oatmeal muffins, you will need the ingredients listed.

2. Mash or mix the cottage cheese and softened butter with a mixer.

3. Add sugar and vanilla and beat all 4-5 minutes, until sugar dissolves.

4. While continuing to beat the mixture at the minimum speed of the mixer, beat in the chicken eggs one at a time. Beat the resulting mixture for another 1-2 minutes, until smooth.

5. Grind instant oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder.

6. Add the resulting oatmeal, baking powder and cinnamon to the curd mass and mix everything thoroughly. Add flour gradually, in small portions until you get a thick dough.

7. Leave the finished dough at room temperature for 15-20 minutes so that it infuses and thickens a little more.

8. Grease silicone cupcake liners with vegetable oil or melted butter.

9. With a spoon dipped in cold water, spread the dough into the molds and smooth slightly.

10. Fill the molds about 3/4 full as the cupcakes will expand slightly during baking.

11. Place the cottage cheese and oatmeal muffins in an oven preheated to 170 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until cooked and golden brown. Check the readiness of the cupcakes with a wooden skewer.

12. Leave the cupcakes in the molds for 5-7 minutes. Then remove, cool, dust with powdered sugar or decorate as you like.
