Grapefruit - 1 pc.
Salmon (fillet) - 250 g
Avocado - 0.5 pcs.
Lettuce salad - 4 sheets
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Ground ginger - to taste
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.

1. Salt the salmon fillet and grate with ground ginger. Heat up 1 tbsp in a frying pan. olive oil and fry the salmon for 5 minutes on each side.
2. Peel the avocado, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3. Tear lettuce leaves with your hands.
4. Peel the grapefruit from the films and cut.
5. Put the finished salmon on a dish and mash with a fork.
