Turkey fillet baked with potatoes and champignons

Turkey fillet - 350 g
Young potatoes - 7-8 pcs.
Zucchini - 1 pc.
Champignons - 150 g
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste
Hard cheese - 50 g

1. Cut the turkey fillet into medium pieces. Put in a bowl and add soy sauce, mix well and pepper. Leave the meat for 45-60 minutes to marinate.
2. While the turkey is marinating, prepare all the vegetables, peel the zucchini, garlic and potatoes. If the zucchini is young, then you can leave it with the skin. Coarsely chop the mushrooms, cut the zucchini into half circles. Add them to the turkey.
3. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 4 parts. Chop the garlic into slices. Add potatoes and garlic to the total mass. You should also add ground paprika, salt, pepper and sunflower oil. Mix the whole mass thoroughly.
4. Place the ingredients in a baking dish.
5. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the dish for 30-35 minutes. After that, pierce the potatoes with a fork, and if it is ready, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and leave for another 10 minutes.
