Diet cheesecakes with banana without flour and sugar

I offer a recipe for very healthy cheesecakes, which we will cook in the oven.

As a sweetener, I use ripe bananas, completely giving up sugar. Ready cheesecakes are very tender, with a noticeable banana flavor.

Let's take the necessary ingredients for making diet banana cheesecakes without flour and sugar in the oven (PP).

Ингредиенты

Cottage cheese (low fat) - 400 g

Egg C1 - 2 pcs.

Vanillin - 2 g

Banana - 2 pcs.

Sour cream (low fat) - 200 g

Semolina - 100 g

1. Peel bananas and cut into small circles.

2. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add sour cream, vanillin, chopped bananas and beat eggs.

3. With an immersion blender, beat these ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

4. Add semolina.

5. Mix and leave alone for 30 minutes.

6. After 30 minutes, spread the curd mass into silicone molds. I didn’t lubricate the molds beforehand, since the finished cheesecakes are easily removed from the silicone molds and without any damage. We will bake diet cheesecakes with banana without flour and sugar in the oven (preheated) for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

7. Put the finished cheesecakes on a plate and immediately serve to the table.
