I propose to cook a quick dinner with wild mushrooms. I love chanterelles more than all mushrooms - these are the cleanest and most delicious mushrooms, they are not wormy, they do not need to be cleaned, it is enough to rinse. On top of that, chanterelles are a source of vitamin D2, which is sorely lacking for all residents of the middle lane. And this vitamin (hormone) is responsible for the human immune system.
For this dish, chanterelles can also be taken frozen, the main thing is to evaporate all the liquid that forms during frying. Take any odorless vegetable oil or melted butter. Add greens to your liking too.

Cream 20% - 250 ml

1. Cut large mushrooms into pieces, and leave small ones like that. Add oil and chanterelles to a heated pan. Fry until the liquid that appears there is completely boiled away.
2. As soon as the liquid evaporates, add finely chopped onion. Fry everything together over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the onions and chanterelles are soft.
3. In parallel, put the water on the fire and boil the pasta in salted water, as written on the package.
4. Chanterelles with onions are almost ready. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Pour in room temperature cream and return to the fire.
6. Immediately add greens, mix. Cream thickens very quickly.
7. Add grated cheese, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
8. Next, you can mix the creamy mushroom sauce with the pasta or put a thick sauce on top of the pasta. Pasta with chanterelles in a creamy sauce is ready!
