Lemon juice - 2 tsp

3. Then combine the cooked chickpeas, garlic, sesame flour or crushed sesame seeds, spices, lemon juice, salt, and, if desired, a little water in which the chickpeas were boiled.
4. Grind the ingredients with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
