The fat content of sour cream in this case does not matter. You can also take yogurt. The dough is not quite sweet, so sweet tooth can increase the amount of sugar to 2-3 tablespoons.

Dough:

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs. (1 whole and 1 yolk)

Sugar - 1 tbsp

Salt - a pinch

Sour cream - 6 tablespoons

Wheat flour - 200 g

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Filling:

Apple - 1 pc.

Sugar - 1 tbsp

Butter - 20 g

Ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp.

1. Peel the apple, cut into small cubes, fry in butter and sugar for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add cinnamon, stir. Cool down.

2. Beat one egg and one yolk with sugar and salt. Add sour cream. Stir with a whisk.

3. Add flour mixed with baking powder. Stir.

4. This is how the dough should turn out. A little thicker than pancakes.

5. Lubricate the forms with oil, lay out 1-1.5 tbsp. test. On the dough - apple filling and cover the dough.

6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
