Pineapple, Cheese and Garlic Salad is the result of an excellent combination of sweet-flavored pineapple with spicy garlic and spicy cheese. The salad can be served as an independent dish or as a side dish to the main course, and if all the ingredients are punched in a blender, you get an excellent spread on sandwiches. Today I will offer a festive version of serving salad - a la carte.

The products in the recipe are indicated for two servings of pineapple salad with cheese and garlic, so we divide all the ingredients by two.

Hard cheese - 300 g

Canned pineapple - 300 g

Garlic - 2-3 cloves

Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

Arugula salad - 100 g

1. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater and put in a bowl.

2. If you have a fresh pineapple, then you will have to peel it, I have it canned. Drain the liquid from the pineapple and dry each circle of pineapple with paper towels, we do not need excess liquid in the salad. Set 4 slices aside for serving. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and put it in a bowl with cheese.

3. We spread the mayonnaise and pass the garlic through the press. You can add more or less garlic, according to your taste.

4. Add black ground pepper. You have to be careful with salt - cheese and mayonnaise already contain salt. Mix all salad dressing ingredients well.

5. And now let's decorate the pineapple salad with cheese and garlic for serving in portions. To do this, put arugula leaves on a plate. Place a pineapple ring on top of the salad. Then, using the ring, lay out the salad.

6. Put another pineapple ring on top of the salad.

7. Serve the salad to the table, garnished with cherry tomato, cheese and arugula.
