Easy and delicious plum smoothie is a great healthy snack option that can be prepared in five minutes with just three ingredients. Made with bananas and orange, spiced with a dash of honey for flavor and sweetness, the plum smoothie has a smooth, creamy texture and a delicious sweet and sour taste that is hearty and pleasantly refreshing. Ингредиенты

Plums - 450 g

Banana - 250 g

Orange - 250 g

Honey/sugar - to taste

Ice - 4-6 cubes (optional)

1. Peel the plum from the stone. Cut the banana into large pieces. Peel the orange, divide into slices and remove the seeds from them.

2. Place the banana slices and orange slices in a blender and puree until smooth.

3. Add plums. Beat still 1-1.5 minutes until smooth.

4. Add honey or sugar to your liking. Beat still 30 seconds.

5. For a cool-tasting drink, optionally add 2-3 ice cubes to each glass. When using frozen bananas to make a smoothie, ice can be omitted.

6. Pour the drink into glasses and serve.

7. Plum smoothie is ready.
