Pumpkin smoothie with sea buckthorn and banana is a bright, healthy and tasty drink. Everyone knows about the beneficial properties of pumpkin. Literally everything is useful in it - pulp, juice, seeds. Pumpkin is considered one of the most low-calorie foods rich in vitamins, macro- and microelements.
Another smoothie recipe is a banana. Banana pulp also contains a wide range of beneficial substances for the body.
And the third ingredient for our drink is a fragrant sea buckthorn berry, which vaguely resembles pineapple in taste. Therefore, it is sometimes called Siberian or northern pineapple. This beautiful bright healing berry is incredibly rich in vitamins, macro- and microelements. Combining these three ingredients together, we get a vitamin trio - a healthy and tasty drink made from pumpkin, sea buckthorn and banana. We will prepare the necessary products.

Pumpkin pulp (fresh or frozen) - 150 g
Sea buckthorn (fresh or frozen) - 100 g
Banana (medium) - 1 pc.
Water - 100 ml
Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp or to taste
Honey - 1 tsp or to taste

1. Cut the pumpkin pulp (I have frozen) into slices and boil for a couple until tender. Then we cool.
2. Pour sea buckthorn (I have frozen) into the blender chopper. If you have a fresh berry, then we first sort it out, then wash and dry it. Pour 50 ml of boiled or filtered water to the berries and grind.
3. To separate the juice from the cake, place a sieve on a glass of a blender or other container in which we will prepare smoothies and filter the resulting mixture. The juice will be in a glass, and the cake will be in a sieve.
4. In a glass of sea buckthorn juice, put a chopped banana and a cooled pumpkin. Add honey and cinnamon. Add the rest of the water and blend with a blender until smooth.
5. Pour the finished pumpkin smoothie with sea buckthorn and banana into glasses and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
