Cottage cheese banana smoothie with coffee

Very nutritious, thick and tasty smoothie with coffee aroma.

All products, excluding water, can be immediately crushed into a smoothie. Due to banana pulp and cottage cheese, the drink will receive density, nutritional value, and thanks to coffee - a creamy shade and a characteristic, very pleasant aftertaste.

But if you want to beat the serving and pamper your loved ones, additionally whip the coffee foam in the cappuccino style. Take the groceries from the list. Drinking unsweetened yogurt can be replaced with kefir, any fat content.

Ингредиенты

Banana - 1 pc.

Curd - 150 g

Instant coffee - 2.5 tsp

Sugar - 2 tsp

Water - 2 tsp

Yogurt (or kefir) - 300 ml

Cocoa powder - 0.5 tsp

1. Mix instant coffee (2 tsp and another 0.5 tsp for smoothies), sugar and water

2. Beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes - until a stable and fragrant foam.

3. We lower the cottage cheese and banana pieces into the blender container. The riper, sweeter the fruit, the tastier.

4. Pour in drinking yogurt or kefir, throw in about 0.5 tsp. instant coffee.

5. Beat until the coffee is dissolved and all ingredients are evenly mixed.

6. Pour the cottage cheese-banana smoothie with coffee into portioned containers, spread the foam on top, lightly sprinkle with cocoa powder. The foam settles and dissolves quite quickly, while enhancing the sweetness and coffee aroma of the smoothie itself.
