Meatloaf with egg is a versatile appetizer for any feast or family celebration. Everyone loves it, especially men, because it is hearty, tasty and looks pretty. You can serve meatloaf with an egg inside both cold and hot.
To cook meatloaf with an egg in the oven, take the necessary products. My minced meat is pork with beef, cooked right in the store. We immediately add a roll soaked in milk or water, a raw egg, salt and pepper to it.

1. Stuff the minced meat thoroughly, leave it to ripen for 20 minutes.
2. Fold the foil in half, glossy sides up, grease it with vegetable oil. Put the minced meat on the foil, give it a rectangular shape.
3. Put boiled eggs in the middle. To keep them better in minced meat, I lightly rolled them in flour.
4. Using foil, fold the minced meat in the form of a roll, give it a round shape.
5. Wrap the roll in foil, twist the edges of the foil in the form of a candy. Transfer to a mold and bake the meatloaf with an egg in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
6. After a while, unfold the foil, grease the roll with soy sauce, turn on the convection mode and brown the roll for 10 minutes.
