Classic pork goulash

Recently, I bought a book "Cooking Recipes" dated 1966 in a second-hand book store.

The recipes in it are mostly simple and uncomplicated, but everything that I have prepared from this book is very, very tasty! Today I want to offer you a recipe for classic pork goulash.

Pork - 500 g

Onion - 2 pcs.

Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.

Tomato paste - 3 tbsp

Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.

Water - 2-3 glasses

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Cut the meat into cubes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper...

2. ... and fry until lightly browned.

3. Then add finely chopped onion, sprinkle it with flour and lightly fry.

4. Add water, tomato paste and bay leaf. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 1-1.5 hours.

5. The dish is ready. Insanely delicious!

6. Serve classic pork goulash with potatoes, sprinkle with finely chopped greens. Bon appetit!
