Chicken fillet Stroganoff

Today I want to show you his chicken recipe in a simple and quick interpretation. Chicken fillet prepared according to this recipe turns out to be very soft, tender and creamy, with a spicy note of spices and tomato paste.

Chicken fillet - 300 grams;

Onion - 1 pc;

Cream - 200 ml;

Tomato paste - 1 tbsp;

Pepper - to taste;

Salt - to taste;

Dry adjika - 0.5 tsp;

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

1. Chicken fillet cut into strips. I love thinner.

2. Cut the onion into thin half rings.

3. Fry the fillet in vegetable oil for 7 minutes. Lightly salt and pepper.

4. Then add onion and adjika. Saute everything together until the onion softens.

5. Pour the cream over the chicken fillet. Salt again and boil for 5 minutes. Let the cream evaporate a little. During this time, the dry chicken breast will become very tender and creamy.

6. And now it's time to add tomato paste, it will give the desired piquancy and slight sourness to the dish. A couple more minutes and the Stroganoff chicken is ready. Serve with any side dish!
