Mushroom sauce from champignons

Mushroom gravy from champignons is very versatile, as it can be served with any second course.

It goes well with both potatoes and pasta, cereals. By changing the side dish and adding mushroom sauce, each time we get a new and tasty dish.

To prepare mushroom gravy, we need fresh champignons, carrots, onions, flour, water, sour cream, sunflower oil, pepper and salt.

Ингредиенты

Champignons - 300 g

Onion - 2 pcs.

Carrot - 1 pc.

Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l.

Water - 400 ml

Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil - for frying

Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Dice the onion, grate the carrots. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and carrots for 7 minutes.

2. Cut mushrooms into cubes and add to the pan with onions and carrots. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Dissolve flour well in water so that there are no lumps. First, it is better to pour some water and stir the flour, and then add the rest of the water.

4. Add water with flour to the pan, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes covered.

5. Then add sour cream, stir well and bring to a boil. Let it brew for 10 minutes and you can serve.

6. I served freshly prepared champignon mushroom sauce with pasta, and then with buckwheat. Delicious. Bon appetit!
