Sour cream - 150 g

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

1. Cut a clean chicken breast into pieces of approximately the same size and sprinkle thickly with wheat flour.
2. In a pan with the addition of refined vegetable oil for 3 minutes, fry the onion chopped in half rings, then spread the grated carrots, mix and sauté for another 3 minutes.
3. To the oiled vegetables, lay the pieces of chicken sprinkled with flour. Stir and continue to fry for the next couple of minutes.
4. Pour sour cream, water, season with salt and black pepper.
5. Stir, bring to a boil, reduce the temperature and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
