Smoothies from kefir and banana

If you want to treat yourself to something tasty and healthy at the same time, then smoothies are the way to go.

This drink is prepared very quickly and simply, the main thing is to turn on your imagination and understand what exactly you want. I offer a recipe for a delicious smoothie made from kefir, banana and kiwi. Since my kiwi was a little sour, I added a spoonful of honey, but this is not necessary. Smoothie according to this recipe is very tasty and refreshing, perfectly satisfies the feeling of hunger. Try it!

Ингредиенты

Bananas - 2 pcs.

Kiwi - 2 pcs.

Kefir - 125 ml

Honey - 1 tsp (optional)

1. Peel and cut bananas into small pieces. Pour into blender bowl or suitable mixing bowl.

2. Peel the kiwi and also cut into arbitrary pieces. Send to the banana.

3. Optionally add honey.

4. Pour in cold kefir. If you want a more diet-friendly smoothie option, use low-fat kefir.

5. Using a blender, beat the mixture until smooth.

6. Pour the kefir and banana smoothie into glasses and garnish with kiwi slices. Ready drink can be served on the table. Since we used cold kefir, smoothies do not need to be cooled. Bon appetit!
