I bake such pies on ready-made puff pastry very often! Which I just haven’t tried, meat, vegetable, sweet with fruits and cottage cheese, etc. Today I prepared a recipe for a juicy puff pastry meat pie with raw minced meat and herbs.

Ready puff pastry - 500 g

Minced pork and beef - 600 g

Onion - 2 pcs.

Greens - 1 bunch

Paprika - 1 tsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

1. We prepare the filling for our pie. My meat is already rolled into minced meat through the middle grate. It consists of pork and beef, approximately 1:1. We clean the onion from the husk, wash and cut into small cubes.

2. Put minced meat in a bowl, add chopped onion and chopped greens.

3. Pour spices - paprika, turmeric, salt and ground black pepper. We stir.

4. Roll out 2/3 of the puff pastry into a layer about 1 cm thick and the size of our form, taking into account the sides. Cover the baking dish with baking paper. Putting the dough into the mold...

5. ... and evenly fill it with stuffing. We roll out the rest of the dough into a layer and close our pie with it. We pinch the edges of the layers of dough.

6. For a special piquancy and spiciness, I added pieces of chopped chili peppers. We roll out the rest of the dough into a layer and close our pie with it. We pinch the edges of the layers of dough.

7. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 30 minutes (be guided by your ovens) and do not forget to preheat the oven!
