To prepare a classic beetroot with meat, take the products from the list. Wash the beets and carrots, boil in their skins until tender. Boil eggs, cool, peel.

Large beets - 500 g
Carrot - 1 pc.
Beef - 300 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Garlic - 1 clove
Allspice - 1 pc.

1. Wash the beef, cut into small pieces, pour 1.5 liters of water, add an average whole onion.
2. Boil the beef broth until the meat is ready. During cooking, you need to constantly remove the foam so that the broth is clean.
3. When the meat is ready, catch and discard the onion, add laurel, cloves, allspice, crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper the broth to taste, cook for another 5-7 minutes, turn off.
4. Peel beets and carrots.
5. Grate on a coarse grater, put in the broth. In some families, boiled grated potatoes are also added to this soup. Add vinegar or lemon juice and sugar to taste. If necessary, salt and pepper more.
6. Allow the beetroot to cool completely, refrigerate until serving.
