Canned pink salmon soup with melted cheese

Canned fish soup is a fragrant and rich dish that is very easy to prepare. It can be cooked with potatoes and fish, sometimes rice or vermicelli can also be added. To make the soup more saturated in color and taste, you need to add tomato paste.

I propose to prepare an original fish soup from canned pink salmon, which includes melted cream cheese. It turns out a spicy fish soup with a creamy cheese flavor.

Ингредиенты

Water - 1.5 l

Canned pink salmon - 1 can

Potatoes - 4 pcs.

Melted cream cheese - 170 g

Carrot - 1 pc.

Onion - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp.

Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.

Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Greens (I have parsley) - 10 g

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.

2. Pour cold water into a saucepan, add chopped potatoes and put on the stove to cook. As soon as the water boils, reduce the fire to a minimum.

3. Cut the peeled onion into cubes.

4. Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater.

5. Fry the onion in vegetable oil in a pan.

6. Add carrots, fry a little more.

7. At the end, add tomato paste, stir, cook for a few more minutes.

8. Open canned pink salmon. I came across a very good jar, in which there were large pieces of pink salmon of good quality.

9. Put the fish on a plate, divide into small pieces, remove the vertebral bone.

10. Do not bring the potatoes to full readiness, otherwise at the end of cooking the soup will boil.

11. Add bay leaf, frying, fish, salt and ground black pepper to taste in a saucepan with potatoes with water. Bring the soup to a boil, stir gently.

12. Then add cream cheese, mix.

13. Cook the soup for about 5 more minutes.

14. Finely chop the greens, add to the pan, bring the dish to a boil.

15. Canned pink salmon fish soup is ready!
