1. Wash and dry the sorrel.
2. Then cut.
3. Lay tightly in sterilized jars in layers with salt.
4. The top layer is salt.
5. Then just close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for storage. After a while, the sorrel in the jars will become a boiled color - this is normal.
6. Such sorrel is stored all winter. As I said above, I use such preparations for making soup, when I cook the broth, I don’t salt it, since the sorrel is already salted enough.
