Few people do not like fried cheese in a crispy crust. And when it is cooked in a matter of minutes, then it is generally a real find, and not an appetizer. Mozzarella fries are best served hot, but they are also delicious cold, especially with berry sauce.
Prepare breadcrumbs yourself, do not be lazy. Never throw away a stale dinner roll, grind it in a blender and you will get excellent breadcrumbs.
Prepare the items on the list. Drain the brine from the mozzarella, if necessary, it can be put on a paper towel to remove excess liquid.

Mozzarella in balls - 250 g
Flour - 2 tbsp
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 cup

1. This appetizer is quicker and easier to prepare if you thread each ball of mozzarella onto a curled bamboo skewer. Dip each ball of cheese first in flour.
2. Then dip the cheese into the beaten egg.
3. Lastly, roll the mozzarella in breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a cauldron, fry the breaded mozzarella in deep fat for literally tens of seconds. Mozzarella should not be too hot, it may leak into the cauldron. Try to hold the bamboo with a fork or spatula so it doesn't touch the oil. It is also very convenient to put bamboo skewers with curls on the tines of a fork and cook cheese, holding the fork over the cauldron. Place the finished mozzarella fries on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
5. Serve a ready-made appetizer with berry sauces - I have lingonberry.
