Potato sticks are a simple but incredibly appetizing snack from the available ingredients. Cooked with the addition of butter and spices, baked in the oven until a delicious blush, potato sticks prepared according to this recipe are moderately spicy, fragrant, slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Butter - 100 g + 1 tbsp. for brushing dough
Flour - 200 g + for dusting
Suneli hops - to taste
paprika - to taste
Green onions - 2-3 stalks
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Sesame - 3-4 pinches (optional)

1. Prepare the ingredients for cooking potato sticks in the oven.
2. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
3. Drain the water and let the potatoes cool completely. And then peel and grate.
4. Measure the flour into a bowl and add the softened butter.
5. Mix the butter with flour and rub the mixture until fine crumbs.
6. Add prepared potatoes, finely chopped green onions, a few pinches of salt and ground pepper, suneli hops, paprika or other favorite spices.
7. Mix the ingredients, knead the dough and form it into a ball.
8. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
9. Then flour the work surface and roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of about 0.5 centimeter.
10. Cut the dough into strips 2 centimeters wide.
11. By twisting the dough strips, potato sticks can be given a more interesting, spiral shape.
12. Lubricate baking paper with vegetable oil. Lay out the prepared potato sticks. Brush sticks with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
13. Place the appetizer potato sticks in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
