Cherry - 50 g
Blueberries - 50 g
Gooseberries - 50 g
Red currant - 50 g
Lemon - 30 g
Star anise - 0.5 pcs.
Carnation - 1 pc.
Allspice - 1 pc.
Water - 200 ml
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
Whiskey - 50 ml

1. Pour frozen berries into a saucepan.
2. Add chopped lemon, star anise, cloves and allspice peas.
3. Add ground cinnamon and sugar.
4. Pour the filtered water over the berries and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil the compote for 5-7 minutes so that the berries release their juice. Remove the saucepan from the fire.
5. At the very end, add a glass of fragrant whiskey (two can be) to the berry punch and remove the spices. Serve hot.
