You can also use a flat dish or plate to serve, but it is best to put it in layers in a glass so that you can see all the beauty. Please note that raw carrots are used here.

To prepare a festive puff salad "Velvet" with crab sticks, the following ingredients are needed. I recommend pre-boiling the potatoes in their skins, and then peel them. The egg is also hard-boiled and peeled in advance. Wash carrots thoroughly under running water and peel.

Hard cheese - 50 g

Carrot - 60 g

Egg - 1 pc.

Mayonnaise - to taste

1. Put boiled potatoes, grated on a fine grater, on the bottom of the glass, salt it and top it with a mayonnaise net.

2. Lay the egg grated on a fine grater in the next layer. Next is mayonnaise.

3. Then grate crab sticks or crab meat on a fine grater. Grease the layer again with a little mayonnaise.

4. Grate spicy cheese on a fine grater and lay in the next layer, plus mayonnaise.

5. The last layer is raw carrots grated on a fine grater. Leave the salad in the refrigerator for a few hours to soak well.
