So, we need sausages, preferably not very long ones, since my deep-frying pan is not large and long ones will not fit in it. Corn flour, because the root (corn), wheat flour, egg milk, salt, sugar and baking powder. Oil for frying is also useful.

1. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar, mix a little with a whisk.

2. Add milk, corn and wheat flour with baking powder. Mix and get the dough like thick sour cream. The dough should not be liquid, otherwise it will drain from the sausages.

3. Free the sausages from the film and prepare wooden skewers.

4. Roll the sausages in flour or starch, so that the dough holds better.

5. Pour the batter into a tall glass so that the sausages are completely immersed. If you have long sausages, then cut them into several parts. We put sausages on skewers and immerse in batter.

6. Quickly take out and immediately fry in hot oil.

7. A couple of minutes and sausages are ready! In 20 minutes you will fry so much that there will be no hungry people in sight!

8. These are the root dogs.

9. And some just with ketchup! Corn dogs evaporate from the plate at an alarming rate, one has only to turn away and the plate is already empty. . . so do not leave the stove and fry everything until the batter is gone!
