Pizza with chicken and mushrooms is a hearty addition to a homemade lunch, dinner, picnic.

To make pizza, you can buy ready-made puff pastry or make homemade yeast dough. As a filling, use any mushrooms. From the chicken, take the fillet or any part where there is meat. Chicken meat for filling can be boiled, baked in the oven or fried in a pan.

Dough:
Water - 150 ml
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
Wheat flour - 250-300 g
Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
Filling:
Tomato - 250 g
Champignons - 200 g
Chicken leg - 500 g
Hard cheese - 150 g
Tomato paste - 85 g
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.

1. Add granulated sugar and yeast to warm water. Stir and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.
2. Add sunflower oil and sprinkle wheat flour in small portions.
3. Knead a soft dough. Cover with a towel and leave in a cozy place for 40-50 minutes.
4. Boil chicken in salted water with bay leaf. Let cool and then cut into small pieces.
5. Rinse the mushrooms, cut into slices along with the legs.
6. Cut the washed tomatoes into rings or half rings.
7. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
8. Punch down the rested dough on a dusted board. Roll out into a layer according to the diameter of the mold.
9. Brush with tomato paste or sauce. Divide the chopped mushrooms. Lightly salt and pepper
10. Add chicken pieces.
11. Distribute chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. You can top it with mayonnaise.
12. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Send to the oven at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
